Before applying nail polish make sure that your nails are clean and free from any kind of dirt and oil particles. 2Don’t forget to apply base coat

3Apply thin nail polish layer.
When building up nail polish colour will have to apply at least 2-3 layers of that nail polish. Now the trick is to apply thin layers and wait until the previous layer has dried up completely before applying the next one. Doing this will make the nail polish colour stand out even more.
4Apply nail polish to the tips of the nails.
This might sound a little weird and a lot of women forget to do so. When apply nail polish don’t forget to apply it on the tips of your nails as well. This will help to seal in the colour and will prevent your nail polish from chipping which looks so bad.
5Always apply the top coat
When you are done with your nail polish or nail art don’t forget to apply top coat. It can be clear top coat, shimmery top coat or anything. Top coats help to lock the nail polish or nail art and will defiantly extend the life time if it.
